DJM/78
Mine was coming in through the door seal some how . The rear window slides, at the rubber, leak as well. Check side window seals as well , I found my leak when I was power washing the side of my truck . Water is a good way to find air gaps.

bermsurfer230
Is the cold air only noticable when the truck is moving forward, or all the time? I would check and make sure that your passenger door is still aligned, and closes properly. Make sure to check the hinge, they tend to start seperating and throw the alignment off. Also, check the door seals. They lose their pliability and squishiness/resiliance after 20 years... At least mine did so now a door leaks :fs1: Might as well check both doors he he... If the door is aligned, not drooping, and is sealed, then I would check out the vents. After that, I have no idea. :dunno: That's as far as I had to go with mine, thankfully!
