jimoshel Posted December 7, 2009 Share Posted December 7, 2009 Have a '89 2WD, 225K, with 2.5,5sp, 4.11's and 215R75/15.I've had the speedo pegged, that's over 80 on straight level road with no wind. I have no problem coming off the on ramp and merging with freeway traffic.It runs circles around my S10 with 2.8V6. OKOK that's no surprise. Just thot I'd mention it. deziped Posted December 7, 2009 Share Posted December 7, 2009 Maybe you have a fuel filter starting to plug up. Also check fuel pressure at the port on the fuel rail (Injector feed line).
