Will theses wheels fit a Jeep comanche

Recommended Posts

This is the set I put on my XJ: http://www.seriousoffroadproducts.com/Wheels/Adapters-Spacers/Rugged-Ridge/Wheel-Adaptor-Pair-Black-Rugged-Ridge-5-On-4.5-To-5-On-5-Bolt-Pattern-1.375-Inch-Thick-Jeep

Like you, I had a set of take-offs. I couldn't sell them for a reasonable price, and eventually I needed tires. Since the JK wheels have deeper back spacing, the adapter spacing brings the tire out, but keeps the tread inside the flare.

I have the G2 adapters.  They're cheap, but I don't see any issues with their quality.

Just make sure you heed the warnings with adapters.  Make sure everything is clean when it goes together, use the locktite, and torque check them within 100 miles, and check them every time the tires come off.

And I'm going to use red lock tight and impact the hell out of them

:thwak:  NO! Using a torque wrench keeps the fasteners within design loads, and keeps the clamping force even across all the studs.

I followed the instructions, used blue thread locker and a torque wrench. I have had zero problems with anything coming loose over the past 18 months of use.
