ComancheLee Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 I went to a dealer today and looked at a 1988 jeep comanche it only had one mirror. On the driver side, no passenger side mirror. For decades the federal requirement for mirrors were one interior rearview mirror and on external mirror or two external mirrors. metrictonner Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 In 88 the only standard mirrors were drivers side: remote control on Laredo longbed, manual on everything else.
