Lowly Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 I was underneath the truck yesterday and noticed a damp line on the truck right where the transmission and driveshaft connect. Not on the connection itself but on the truck right where the connection is. It doesn't leak when just sitting though I am worried when I engage the drive shaft somehow it's spitting bits of fluid out and I am losing transmission fluid slowly. Any advice on this one? yxmj Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Rear seal is on the way out :dunno: ......might not be visable leak but when the drive shaft spins it throws it outward forming the line you see.....not a hard fix.....New seal is under $10 and about 30 min work.
